There are many types of greenhouses. Among them, according to the style of greenhouses, they are divided into greenhouses, winter greenhouses, double-sided slope arch sheds, and multi-story greenhouses. Today I will share with you the choice of the height of the greenhouse, and the height of the greenhouse is generally appropriate.

First, the inherent size and style of multi-span greenhouses

To understand the height of a multi-story greenhouse, you must first understand the two basic styles of a multi-story greenhouse, the first is a circular-arch thin-film greenhouse, and the second is a pattern-type intelligent greenhouse.

1. Round arched multi-span greenhouse

The dome-shaped multi-span greenhouse is a greenhouse with a top-arch style, which is also the 8430 type film greenhouse we often say. The inherent dimensions of the greenhouse are eight meters in span and four meters in the bay. The inherent height is 2.5 meters above the outer sunshade pillars and 1.9 meters from the bottom of the gutter to the top of the dome. Height is the height of the column.

2.Texture type intelligent greenhouse

The texture-type intelligent greenhouse is divided into glass greenhouse and sunlight panel greenhouse, but the two are the same in terms of the inherent dimensions of the greenhouse skeleton. The difference is that the span is 12 meters and the distance is 9.6 meters. This results in the top spires of four meters and 3.2 meters. Different spires have different heights. The inherent height of the external sunshade is 1.5 meters, and the height of the small spire is 1 meter and 0.9 meters. What we call the shoulder height is the height of the column.

Second, the height of greenhouses

After determining the type of greenhouse, we need to determine the use of the greenhouse and the number of functional supporting systems for the greenhouse.

1. The selection of the height of the circular arched multi-story greenhouses must first define the purpose of the greenhouses. The most common uses are spring and autumn greenhouse vegetable planting, and the common height is about 3 meters to 4 meters. The thin film greenhouses in northern areas are generally used for seedlings and flower planting. In northern areas, research on thermal insulation properties must be done in winter. Therefore, one or two internal thermal insulation systems are generally installed, and the height of the drop is between 50 and 1 meter. Therefore, the height of the pillars of the double-story membrane greenhouse in the northern region is between four and five meters and six meters. In some areas, a film greenhouse is used as a tourist exhibition greenhouse after being modified on the side. This type of greenhouse is suitable for a height of about six meters. Due to the arched top of the greenhouse, the wind resistance is similar. Compared with the pattern greenhouse, it is much worse, so it is not suitable for greenhouses with a shoulder height of more than six meters.

2. The texture-type smart shed has a wide range of uses. It can be used as a planting field, as well as flower planting and seedling cultivation (usually using a seed bed). The shoulder height of the texture-type greenhouse used for planting is not less than 4.5 meters. The main reason is that truss beams need to be installed on the corrugated smart shed. The width of the truss beam is generally between 0.6 meters and 0.8 meters, which is installed below the top of the column.
